While the demand for effective leaders continues to grow, the retirement of baby boomers is producing a sharp decline in the ranks of available personnel. Careful planning for the eventual replacement of leaders at all levels in organizations is essential.  We assist our clients with the design and ongoing facilitation of their succession planning process.

Succession planning enables the organization to ensure that the right people are moving into the right jobs at the right time and that any gaps are being spotted early on.  Systems should be built upon continually refining and adjusting the process as organizations receive feedback, monitor developments in technology and learn from other leading organizations. We encourage involvement by individuals who are participants and candidates so participants know where they stand in terms of their potential for career opportunities.
