Pondera® Student Services incorporates a battery of instruments to help students identify their preferred operating style, source of motivation and approach to learning. The results from these assessments, paired with personal consultation and exploration, will reveal environments where students can best utilize their strengths and interests in order to flourish.

The Pondera® Virtual Advisor, Student Edition profiles students in several key areas:
Core Temperament: How a person’s natural instincts are revealed and how that affects their daily life
Thinking and Decision Making: How a person thinks, processes information and makes decisions
Environment for Success: Where a person is most comfortable and performs her/his best
Self-Management: How aware a person is about her/his behavior and its impact on others
Interpersonal Interaction: How a person interacts with family, peers, teachers and coaches

The Pondera® Virtual Advisor, Student Edition is a web-based personality assessment reporting system that assists students in understanding their strengths and personal styles, so they can make informed decisions regarding their future. Pondera® Student Edition reporting provides information that is easy to read and apply.
Pondera® Student Services uses an Interest Inventory that helps students explore the path that is right for them by identifying potential college courses, jobs, internships, and extracurricular activities that will allow them to express their unique interests and personal style.
Pondera Advisors’ leadership consultants will serve as the guides to help students discover their natural preferences and passions. Students will learn how their abilities and interests can work together to take them down a path which will provide a more successful and rewarding high school, college and career experience.
