Don is our consulting psychologist who has over 35 years of experience in the industry. He focuses on helping organizations hire people to fit their culture and values as well as their job descriptions. His clients range from small family owned businesses to multi-billion dollar corporations. Don has consulted with college and professional sports teams, non-profits, and religious institutions on vocational and career issues, personnel selection, general management and leadership development. He founded and led his own organization, created programs for select groups of clients and has been an adjunct professor at several local colleges.
