 Elizabeth Bogo
Elizabeth joins Pondera with a true belief in the value of their personal assessment tools. She sees the Pondera® Virtual Advisor as being invaluable for high school students and beyond as they make decisions about colleges, majors and careers. She believes the knowledge that students will gain about themselves will help them create a path for a successful future. Her hope is that through this process students will learn to lead themselves based on their natural abilities and interests. Elizabeth brings with her a passion for working with people and a wealth of experience having worked in both professional and volunteer organizations.

 Brittany Brabo
Prior to joining Pondera Advisors, LLC, Brittany studies Behavioral Science and Criminal Justice at Grand Valley State University. Motivated by a drive and passion to work with people and children she spent two years actively volunteering within a local developmental center committed to providing diverse methods of therapy and treatment you young children.
Following graduation, Brittany worked supervising and managing several local retail stores. In addition she continues working part time as a Community Living Support Aide within a Christian based Organization that works to provide structure and stability in the lives of children assigned caseworkers through the government and private social agencies. The compassion, dedication and outgoing personality she exhibits makes it easy for her to engage and connect with clients.
 Judy Frey
Judy has expertise and effectiveness with businesses and social issues. She is intelligent and diplomatic, with the ability to motivate and mobilize energies. Creativity flows from Judy with lots of great ideas and some not so great—forever willing to put them on the table to get battered about. She’s a thorough decision-maker, insisting on analyzing all possible scenarios. Judy has been a mayor, school board president, small business owner, consultant, community volunteer and activist, and mother of six children.

 Farid Fritz
Farid is an accomplished consultant, psychologist, teacher, and leader. Born in Mexico and having traveled extensively, he offers a wealth of international experience and competence in working in Caribbean, Middle Eastern, Southeast Asian, Central American, and South American cultures. Farid is fluent in Spanish and English and offers conversational competence in French and Italian. He has traveled the globe providing training for Ford Motor Co for the past 19 years. Farid’s dynamic work experience as a corporate trainer and facilitator, teacher and professor, psychological therapist, translator, sales manager, and customer service manager and the command of four languages positions him well to provide training and facilitation services in multiple languages and countries, adding another level of service to Pondera’s repertoire.

Greg works closely with Pondera’s consultants to deepen client relationships and deliver services. Greg has a strong ability to connect with people and build relationships. He is an insightful thinker who adds exceptional value to client work and to our team. While his listening and feedback abilities are a few of his greatest strengths, his genuine desire to learn about and help others is what people notice the most. Greg’s passion is in helping people develop self-awareness, discover their innate leadership skills, and finding clarity and focus in what they do.

“Jackie” is a talented executive, board member, consultant, and entrepreneur. She has served the education community for over 25 years. From her experience as a top-level executive at several colleges, she is well versed in leading multicultural initiatives and helping organizations realize their true potential through embracing diversity. Her passion is in building stronger communities through impactful programs as evidenced by her leadership of the Downtown Rotary Club of Grand Rapids and as a board member for the Michigan Women’s Foundation, Heritage Hill Association, Michigan Campus Compact, ATHENA International, Habitat for Humanity of Michigan, Michigan Nonprofit Association, and the Dean’s National Advisory Council for the MSU College of Education.  Keith Williams
Keith brings to Pondera Advisors talent, management experience, boundless enthusiasm, and an empathetic personality, a unique set of attributes that will respond readily to client needs for leadership development, cohesive team growth, and general organizational health. He is a retired executive officer of Michigan State University, serving thirteen years as Executive Director of the MSU Alumni Association. He possesses a wealth of experience of group dynamics, gained serving on boards of directors of several local, regional, and international organizations. His other passions include travel, acting, and foreign language acquisition.
